The software costs £2983.00 for the first user. Each additional user is charged at £310.00. For over 4 users there is a requirement for a server and the software for this is an additional £725.00.

This cost includes up to 2 days installation/training/data conversion (were possible) from old systems. As part of the configuration we will also set up the format of letters and invoices to match your headed paper. Most users are up and running with the system in an hour or so and then just make the occasional calls to our support line.

The above charges are for the first year. An annual fee of 10% is charged thereafter on the anniversary of first use. Free telephone support is included in this licence fee.

Users rapidly see the advantages and start to rely on the system. Because of this MoleSoft strongly recommends that you ensure the system is protected with good virus protection software and gets a daily backup right from the start.
